Assured training benefit model

Assured training benefit model is our unique contribution to businesses. Usual practice of businesses is to increase the investment on training, and show the the cost as a ratio to the costs or to the revenue on annual report.

On the technical side of HR or Training Administration, Kirk Patrick model or ROTI (Return On Training Investment) which does not have a mechanism of having an “Assurance” of the benefit from training investment.

We have extended the Kirk Patric model, to a level through the system’s approach to assure focussed investment on training and management practices to get the business benefit from trainings provided, ultimately providing HR with a framework to compile ROTI.
